Many of our clients at True Function Fitness are busy professionals, frequent travelers, and in particular, those managing crowded schedules. There's often a misconception that living a healthy lifestyle is complicated and time consuming, which is why we aim to simplify the process by providing a personalized fitness program in an easy to use format that can be accessed from anywhere. We believe that improved health and fitness can have a positive impact on all aspects of life and want each client to function at their true potential. We know that every individual is unique and each of our personal training programs are customized to meet client goals, fit client schedules, and offer one-on-one support.

Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology

American College of Sports Medicine Certified Exercise Physiologist

Kim brings 12 years of experience from working in corporate, independent, and medical fitness sectors, including post-rehabilitation and in-home personal training settings. She has a proven track record of developing successful personalized training programs to meet diverse client needs with goals ranging from general fitness, sport specific training, post-rehab strengthening, and weight loss. In addition to one-on-one training, she has taught several class formats over the years, including reformer Pilates, boot camps, cycling, weight lifting, and core strength classes. She has presented health and fitness lectures to many local businesses and worked with diabetes and cancer exercise programs in the Dallas area. Over the past few years, she’s brought customized personal training to her clients at their homes and workplaces both abroad in Australia, and throughout Texas. Currently, she trains clients online, using personalized programs and one-on-one support.
